These terms apply to bookings made through MetroOffice Shuttle WhatsApp support.

Booking

A seat is confirmed only after successful payment verification. A payment request or WhatsApp message does not itself guarantee a seat.

Passenger responsibilities

Passengers must provide accurate contact details, arrive at the selected pickup point on time, and follow driver and vehicle safety instructions.

Service changes

Departure times, vehicles, and availability may change because of traffic, safety, weather, or operational requirements. We will communicate material changes where possible.
